Access and arrival
Confirm who will meet us and whether a service entrance or elevator reservation is needed. Allow roughly 30 minutes before the show for arrival and setup, in addition to entertainment time.
Room and audience
Reserve around 6 × 6 feet for the performer plus seated audience space. Keep doors, corridors and the route to the bathroom clear; a room’s maximum occupancy does not describe its best show layout.
Sound and room booking
Children will laugh and cheer. Check that the room is suitable for a party, confirm any sound rules and leave time after the show for balloons and packing up before the room reservation ends.

How long should I reserve the community room?
The package has 45 minutes of magic and about 25 minutes of balloons, plus setup and packing up. Share your access and exit deadlines so the full schedule can be agreed; the entertainment duration alone is not the room-booking window.
Can a restaurant private room work instead of an apartment?
Yes, subject to a suitable layout and the venue’s rules. Confirm a clear viewing area, staff access and food-service timing. Send the room details before booking if other diners or activities will share the space.
Are Manhattan travel costs extra?
No additional Manhattan travel fee applies. Birthday packages start at $450. Include the building details and child count when requesting a quote so practical requirements can be reviewed together.
