Backyard
Choose a flat, shaded audience area away from the food table and play equipment. Decide which indoor room everyone can move into if weather changes.
Basement or living room
Check ceiling height, stairs and a clear exit route. Reserve performer space plus audience seating, and identify an indoor power outlet before deciding how many guests the room can hold.
Restaurant party room
Ask whether your group has a separate space. Coordinate service so staff are not carrying food through the audience during the show, and confirm when equipment can be brought in.

Should we choose the room based on the number of children or total guests?
Plan for both. Children need a shared viewing area while adults still need seats and room to move. Send both counts and a room layout if the space is tight.
Can the children eat during the performance?
It is easier to gather the group when the main food service is before or after the show. In a restaurant, agree that timing with the staff and leave a clear service route.
What if our Queens party includes toddlers and older siblings?
Tell us the age range before booking. The birthday format is intended for ages 4–12; we can discuss how younger guests will sit with their adults and whether the format suits your group.
Is there a separate Queens travel charge?
