Explore the full birthday packageRoom to perform, room to watch. Allow roughly 6 × 6 feet for the performer, plus separate audience seating and clear exits. We bring the show setup and usually arrive about 30 minutes early; confirm access and a power outlet before the day.
Leave an arrival window.
Avoid putting the first trick at the exact time on the invitation. Allow time for coats, greetings and late arrivals, then agree a show start that fits your room booking.
Give the audience a clear front.
Keep the doorway and gift drop-off outside the viewing area. If relatives arrive during the show, an adult can welcome them without sending them through the seated children.
Count cousins and siblings, too.
Send the expected number of children, including visiting siblings. That helps us plan participation and balloon time. Keep an adult nearby for younger guests and children who need a break.
Plan the handoff to cake.
Choose where balloons will be made after the magic, away from the main exit. Tell us when cake or food service is due so those moments can follow the performance without competing with it.

Can we book while our guest count is still changing?
Send your best estimate and the children's ages with your enquiry. Update us as replies come in, especially if siblings are being added. The package includes about 25 minutes of balloons; the time needed depends on the number of children, so confirm the final plan with us.
What should we check for a Bronx backyard show?
Choose a flat, shaded area with seating facing the performer and a suitable power supply. Keep an indoor alternative that can accommodate the audience, and agree the weather decision before setup. A covered corner alone may not be enough if wind or rain affects the space.

Once you have a date and likely venue, ask about availability; aiming for at least two to three weeks ahead gives more planning time.
