We bring children together through books, imagination, and the joy of live performance.
Magic For Kids NY is a growing creative business based in Brooklyn. Alongside our children’s magic shows, we work with people and organizations who believe every child deserves access to stories, creativity, and a little wonder.
Founded by Nico · Performer, actor & founder of Magic For Kids NY
Every child deserves a chance to discover something new, feel included, and imagine what could be possible.
Books give children new stories, ideas, and worlds to explore, especially where access is limited.
A moment of magic invites curiosity and reminds children that there is more to discover than they can see today.
Shared laughter and creative experiences help children feel seen, connected, and part of something joyful.
Nico
Performer, actor & founder
My name is Nico, and I’m the founder of Magic For Kids NY. I’m a performer and actor who believes the arts can bring people together and make a difference in a child’s world.
I’m building a business that brings together children’s magicians, performers, companies, organizations, and people in the arts around a shared purpose: creating a kinder, more imaginative world for the children growing up in it.
As we grow, that purpose stays close to the heart of what we do.
With Brooklyn Book Bodega, we visited family shelters across all five boroughs of New York City, bringing books and interactive magic to children. Organized by Brooklyn Bridge Parents, these visits brought stories, laughter, and a shared creative experience to families throughout the city.
Nico has traveled to remote communities and villages, bringing books and magic to children with little or no access to these experiences.
A book offers a world a child can return to. A moment of magic sparks a question: what else might be possible? Together, they can encourage imagination, curiosity, and the confidence to dream beyond what is familiar.
Our hope is simple: that every child feels included, inspired, and a little more ready to believe in their own possibilities.
