Timing matters too. Saturday afternoons are the most requested slots in the city and they book out weeks ahead, especially in spring and around the holidays. If your party can happen on a weekday or a Sunday morning, you will usually find more open dates.
Location plays a small part. We serve Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island, Long Island, and Westchester. Travel within that area is included in your quote. Events well outside it may add a travel fee, which we will always tell you upfront.
You are booking a full hour of professional entertainment, not just someone with a deck of cards. The price covers the show itself, props and equipment, balloons for every child, travel and parking in the city, insurance, and the experience it takes to keep twenty kids engaged for a full hour.
Yes, a small deposit holds your date and time. The rest is due on the day of the party. Saturday slots go fast, so if you have a specific time in mind it is worth locking in early.
No. Your quote includes travel within our service area, setup, and cleanup. The only thing that would ever add to the price is something you ask for, like extra time, and you would know before booking.
Often, yes. Saturdays are the busiest day for parties in New York, so weekday and Sunday morning events usually have more room on both the calendar and the quote.
Small parties are honestly some of the best shows. With fewer kids, every child gets more time in the spotlight and more elaborate balloon creations. The show adapts to the room.
For a Saturday party, three to four weeks ahead is safe. Weekdays can often work with one or two weeks of notice. Spring birthdays and holiday season events book out the fastest.
